MTRW Of The DAY | 8 Min to Lean

I am definitively feeling stronger with my Pilo-Yoga Challenge workouts. We are currently in week 4. My elbow tendonitis is almost gone and I just have to build upon my progress and keep going forward. I posted MTRW Of The DAY | 4 Min Tabata Burn the other day and now another addition to the MTRW library: 8 Min to Lean.

For today’s workout you will need a Gymboss Timer, kettlebell (get your kettlebell with free shipping) and 8 min to get a whole body workout:

Set your Gymboss timer for 16 intervals: 10 sec x 20 sec
