Pilo-Yoga | 90 Day Challenge | Day 11

HI guys,

We progress is always great and if you have been bummed becasue of an injury and have not been able to recover there is hope. Join us for a 90 Day Pilo-Yoga challenge and get out of a rut. Plus a great bonus is loosing a few pounds. So next time do not get depressed but just turn on your laptop or iPad and lets get back in shape together. For today you will need a Ugi Ball and here is your training for today:
