We are in 4th week of our Pilo-Yoga Challenge workouts. We are currently in week 4. My elbow tendonitis is almost gone and I am starting to incorporate back the Free2BFit signature Metabolic Trigger Response Workouts™ (MTRW™):

For today’s workout you will need a Gymboss Timer, kettlebell (get your kettlebell with free shipping) and 4 min to get a whole body workout:

Set your Gymboss timer for 8 intervals: 10 sec x 20 sec
