Pilo-Yoga | 90 Day Challenge | Day 12

HI guys,

I cannot believe we came so far. Week 4 and day 12 of our Pilo-Yoga 90 Day challenge. And just to think how far I came. 4 lb down and my elbow tendonitis is under control and I starting back with the MTRW that we all grew to like to so much. The best way is to combine Pilo-Yoga and MTRW for a well rounder workout that is still under 30 min.

For today’s workout you will need: magic circle.
