Pilo-Yoga | 90 Day Challenge | Day 13

Hi guys,

I have been away for CK-FMS training last week and it was more then I could imagine and finally I am back on track with our Pilo-Yoga 90 Day Challenge and we are in week 5.

For even faster and better results combine Pilo-Yoga and MTRW of The Day with our Pilo-Yoga challenge for a well rounder workout that is still under 30 min.

For today’s workout you will need: ankle resistance band (here is what I use for my training
) & 9 Inch Pilates Core Training Mini Ball.

Workout breakdown: 3 rounds x 15 reps
