Pilo-Yoga | 90 Day Challenge | Day 14

Hi guys,

I am still a bit tired and this is expected since it usually takes some time to get back on track after traveling. But I hope you are ready to continue with our quest for fitness and health. For today’s workout you will need: resistance band (here is the one that I use: Valeo Stretch Bands).

Workout breakdown: 3 rounds x 15 reps

  • Star ab crunch
  • Core and leg toner
  • Boat rocker
  • Body chisel
  • Vira II + band rotation
