Pilo-Yoga | 90 Day Challenge | Day 17

Hi guys,

Summer is almost here, it is getting hotter and more humid everyday. So if you are looking for a great workout that does not take hours of your day then Pilo-Yoga is your for you. I know a lot of people think that yoga or Pilates cannot get you to loose weight but I am here and proving that you can do low-impact exercises and still loose weight (check out my 90 Day week 4 Pilo-Yoga Progress). Bottom line is low-impact does not mean you are not sweating or it is easy. It means it is easy on the joints but you will still get a sweat on and challenge yourself.

If you do weight I highly recommend to use this as part of your routine and see how much faster you progress and you will notice that that chronic back pain is no longer there or suddenly you can do more reps or the weight your are working are no longer challenging.
