Pilo-Yoga | 90 Day Challenge | Day 21

Hi guys,

Happy Friday and we are in week 7 Day 21. Now that I am thinking my math is all wrong if it is week 7 then we are on day 49 but the way I was counting is 3 days a week. One day I will figure this out : until then here is your workout for today:

  1. Warm Up | 10 reps on each side
  2. Upper Back Strength
  3. Swan Pre
  4. Glute and Thighs Toner
  5. Spinal Balance
