I think Bikini Prep | Monthly Workout Plan clarified a few question about workout volume, load, timing and nutrient cycling. And today is a benchmark workout that we will repeat a month from now. I did take me more time to finish it then I originally thought but hey this is just the beginning of the journey. I have been working on rehabbing my elbow tendonitis and knee issue so of course my cardio-strength is not where it used to be.
