6 Pack Abs Meals | Summer Veg Stew

Hope you are staying cool..i has been hot hot hot in the Washington DC are. With work and a child it is always hard to find balance but with a bit of prep you should be all set in you food department. And even though it is hot I was in the mood for the Summer Veg Stew, it is flat abs friendly and you can prepare ahead of time so you have healthy meals to eat no matter how busy you life gets:

Ingredients

  • 2 zuchini
  • 6 small onions
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup greens onions
  • 2 cups green peas (fresh)
  • 1/2 quart chicken broth
  • 5 tbsp. Free2BFit Spice blend
  • 2 tbsp. Sriracha

Cooking Steps:

  1. In a heavy bottom cooking place all ingredients and add Free2BFit Spice blend.
  2. Add low-sodium chicken stock, turn the heat up and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 25 min. Compliment with a lean protein: chicken, fish, or pork.
  4. Enjoy!
