      • 3 rounds | 8 exercises | 45 sec work x 15 min rest
      • Exercises:
        • unilateral KB swing
        • KB bi curl
        • BK clean and press | repeat on the left side and right side
        • Halo
        • High row + side-to-side
        • KB crunch
        • Lunch + KB row | repeat on the left side and right side
