Out new August Workout program is packed with toning and sculpting action but one can not out exercise a bad nutrition habit so today’s 6 Pack Abs Meals special is High-protein Seafood Burger:
- 1 lb. tuna
- 1 lb. seafood blend
- 1 lb. salmon
- 1/4 cup Free2BFit Seafood Spice Blend
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 chopped fresh dill
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 F, line a baking tray with foil and place about a handful of seafood mixture on a tray.
- Bake for 15 min.
- Enjoy with beeb lettuce, onion, tomato, basil and pita.
