POPN Paleo | Honey Tamarind Chicken

Hi guys,

With cooler days on the door steps my body is starting to crave something warm and savory. So here is a great way to spice up your chicken and feed your muscles. I present to you – Honey Tamarind Chicken:

Cooking Ingredients (6 meals):

Cooking Steps:

  1. In a heavy bottom skillet, combine red palm oil, garlic, and onion. Saute on low for 5 min until golden brown.
  2. Add in the rest of the spices, tamarind, vinegar, and simmer again for 1-2 min. Fold in stock and cook for 3 min low heat for all the spices to incorporate.
  3. Add cubed or whole peaces of chicken, cover and cook on low for 20 min.
  4. Enjoy!
