POPN Paleo | Gingery Vita C Boost (GF)

Lemon and honey is an old cold remedy that my grandmother used to make whenever I get sick.  She will put everything through a meet grinder and I would add it to my tea and I just loved it. Here is my own twist on the vitamin packed cold fighting remedy – I added ginger.


  • 4 lemons
  • 2 cups organic raw honey
  • 3 inch ginger, pilled

Cooking Steps:

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator up to a week.
  2. Enjoy!
