MTRW | Box Jumps 4 Lean Legs and Tight Tush

This is not my favorite exercise because I feel the burn every time and it seems to never get easier. However, no pain no gain so if you are looking for cardio, strength and agility component and you are short on time all while trying to get your legs to be lean and strong, then you got yourself a winner exercises that does it all. Add a weighted vest for a x-tra burn bonus.

Equipment used:

  • 3 in 1 Wood Plyometric | size: 30/24/20
  • Weighted vest | just pick your weight depending on your level of fitness but do not go too heavy since you are doing plyo work and 10 lb. would do the trick so you can get one that adjust up and done for the best bang for the buck

You can add this in between you sets for extra burn, warm up exercise or HIIT {45 sec work x 15 sec rest x 8 rounds} work at the end of strength sessions.
