This workout is geared towards chest and pecs growth. I used this Roman Fritz chest workout as my inspiration but tailored it for those with pectoral left vs. right asymmetries. Perform 10 sets x 10 reps of each exercises doing 3-1-3-0 tempo.
- KB Chest Press
- Dumbbell Pull-Overs
- Incline KB Press
- Bodyweight Dips
- BXT Cable Cross-Over | Low + Mid = 1 rep
- Wide uneven pushups
