I signed up for a gym. It has been awhile since I went to one but I feel that I am in need of some energy and fortunately there was a special near by and we got in on it and with only $19.99 monthly dues (no sign up fee and first month free) I do not feel bad. This option will give me a change to have my workouts both at home and int eh gym and feed of others energy. For today, I did upper and lower blast. With new environment I needed to stay focused but also I have been sick for over a week and still do recovering and with sinus and coughing I am not exactly full strength to pull full weight. That said, this was a hard workout and was bean afterwards sick or not.

If you are a beginner, I recommend minimal rest between sets because we are alternating upper and lower body which allows enough rest for the opposite body par trained. If you are at advance or intermediate level just keep going and take 1-2 min rest between supersets.
