Hi guys,
I always said that one cannot out exercise a bad diet unless you are a freak of nature not sure how many of them are out there so far I found out that people who are in shape use moderation and are on a good whole food program.
So here is what I have for this week as meal prep (click on the title to get the recipe):

Tuesday: Curried Butternut Squash {Paleo, Gluten Free, Vegan}
Wednesday: Meaty Spaghetti Squash Bake
Thursday: Potato and Bean Patties
Friday: Sushi {Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free}
Saturday: Cheesy Turkey Sushi Roll with Mediterranean Bulgur Wheat Salad
Sunday: Gluten-Free Pumpkin Flapjacks
