- 1 1/4cup broccoli slaw
- 1 1/3 fresh baby spinach
- 1 tbsp diced onion
- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms
- 2/3 cup raspberries
- 12 pistachio
- unsweetened tea
- Spray a heavy bottom pan with canola oil spray.
- Add diced onions, and satay for 2-5 min or until golden brown.
- Add chopped mushrooms, broccoli slaw, spinach, cover, and cook for 3 min.
- Fold in egg, egg whites, and cheese.
